Production Implementation Engineer

The Production Implementation Engineer (PIE) is responsible for implementing Continuous Improvement, Training, Cross-Training Programs and Special Projects within the manufacturing campus. The PIE will work with the Quality department, Manufacturing Engineering and Sales to implement and enforce quality assurance programs and quality control policies.

The PIE contributes to customer satisfaction by assuring compliance to customer requirements and improves cost of quality by implementing, monitoring and help with developing systems, methods and practices to improve organization's efficiency and profitability by driving continuous improvement.

Quality Inspector

We are currently searching for a highly analytical Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing department. As the Quality Inspector, you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations.

The chosen candidate will perform regular product evaluations, record inspection results, and recommend improvements to the production process. To excel in this role, applicants should demonstrate great attention to detail with technical and math abilities.

MIG Welder/Fabricator

Technical Skills:

  • Attention to Detail: The ability to make clean welds on sheet steel from 22ga through 10ga.; HRS, CRS, A60 Galvannealed
  • Requires technical know-how, requires reading blueprints and understanding how the final product should look.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: The ability to see flaws in welds or structural imperfections in the metal.
  • The ability to communicate quality concerns.
  • Operates the equipment in a safe manner and reports hazards associated with the equipment or its operations to the Safety Director and Maintenance Department.
