Sound Seal Announces New Ownership- The Stephens Group has acquired Sound Seal

AGAWAM, Mass.–March 19, 2019 –Sound Seal, a leading manufacturer of Noise Control and Sound Quality products serving the industrial, architectural, commercial and construction industries, has been acquired by The Stephens Group. Since 2014, under Hamilton Robinson’s ownership, Sound Seal has experienced rapid growth, including three acquisitions to broaden their product offering to channel partners and expand their reach into new markets, industries and applications.
