IAC Acoustics Is Open For Business
To Customers and Channel Partners,
On behalf of IAC Acoustics, I wanted to personally reach out and provide an update to our valued customers and partners. Catalyst Acoustics Group issued a communication update on COVID-19 last week. Since the time of that last communication, the COVID 19 stay order has been issued for the state of Illinois, which is the state in which we manufacture IAC Acoustics products.
IAC Acoustics is open for business!
IAC Acoustics meets the requirements outlined as essential business stated under section T of the executive order released by the Governor of Illinois on Friday, March 19th. The order went in to effect on Saturday March 21st at 5pm central time and is in effect until April 7th. Due to our qualification, we are fully operational and prepared to meet all of your product and project needs. We will do so while insuring the safety and well-being of all of our employees. Below are a list of business continuity actions we have put in place to be certain we honor that commitment
Business Continuity Policies
- We have taken swift action to ensure that all non-factory business essential employees have access to all business tools required to function remotely. This includes laptops with VPN access to business systems and team focused software to maintain staff connectivity.
- In an effort to minimize exposure, we have limited the on premise work force to factory essential personnel only.
- To support sanitary practices, we have provided access to hand sanitizer and disinfecting hand wipes at all of our manufacturing work stations.
- Our manufacturing facilities have implemented temperature taking protocol to insure on-site employees do not demonstrate signs of illness.
