North Aurora, Illinois. – July 1, 2019 – IAC Acoustics is celebrating 70 years of success and resilience in the noise control industry. Since 1949, IAC Acoustics has been a proven and prominent leader in the manufacturing of acoustical products and solutions. In a rapidly changing and evolving industry, IAC Acoustics has built its name and reputation on being a trusted and respected resource to the acoustical community and its influencers.

IAC Acoustics has an Industrial and Architectural product division. The Industrial Division addresses in-plant and environmental noise control problems. Products include Interior & Exterior Enclosures, Outdoor Panels & Noise Barriers, Test Facilities and Acoustical Silencers & Louvers. The Architectural Division offers interior noise solutions including Doors & Windows, Music Practice Rooms & Studios, Audiology Booths & Suites and Secure Facilities.

In December of 2015, Sound Seal acquired IAC Acoustics and relocated manufacturing to North Aurora, Illinois where it remains today.
