IAC Acoustics Appoints Karen Weber as Director, Driving Growth and Innovation

Naperville, Ill. – March 27, 2025 – IAC Acoustics, a Catalyst Acoustics Group brand and leading manufacturer of metal noise control products and solutions serving the industrial, commercial, architectural, and construction industries, today announced the appointment of Karen Weber as the new Director. In this role, she will be responsible for leading the company's sales strategy, building and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and providing industry-leading solutions to customers.

Over the last decade, Weber’s leadership and support has resulted in significant growth through strategic planning and execution. Her expertise spans sales enablement, regional sales management, and national account management, consistently delivering impressive results and fostering strong business relationships.

A graduate of Northern Illinois University and Elgin Community College, Weber most recently served as the Sales Enablement Leader at Kidde, a Division of Carrier. Throughout her career, Weber has successfully driven transformation initiatives, managed large portfolios, and achieved significant growth through strategic planning and execution.
