When the resort began construction of a new luxury ocean front mid-rise condominium and hotel refurbishment, the process involved protecting the Boca Beach Club residents from the construction equipment noise, material and debris.
Cincinnati CMC
The IAC Acoustics FS/S Noishield® Model R sound barrier systems are designed to protect communities against noise generated by air-conditioners, pumps, chillers, compressors and fans where restricted airflow caused by an all solid barrier is a concern. Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center had a noise level that exceeded the community noise ordinance at several locations along the property line.
CP Kelco
The CP Kelco facility is located in the city of San Diego,California, just adjacent to and underneath the Coronado Bay Bridge. The property is adjacent to a facility owned by Continental Maritime of San Diego, Inc. The City of San Diego Municipal establishes regulation for intrusive noise as follows, “The outdoor noise level for manufacturing all other industrial including agricultural and extractive industry is not to exceed 75 dBA anytime of the day”.
DRT Chicago
IAC Acoustics delivered a turnkey project for Digital Reality Trust in Chicago. Located in the South Loop of the Chicago Central Business District, DRT is the premier mission critical data center and telecommunications facility in the Midwest.
Fridley School
The City of Fridley, Minnesota utilized IAC Acoustics FS/S Noishield® sound barrier system to quiet and control chiller noise for five schools in their district. The ground level enclosures were three-sided and approximately six panels high using both 2’-0” (609.6mm) high and 1’-6” (457mm) high panels, 5” (127mm) thick and absorptive on one side.

The noise generated from the rail cars was affecting the residents of Hawthorn and Segundo California. Woodward Clyde Engineering selected IAC Acoustics Noishield® FS/S sound barrier panels as the noise control product of choice for the elevated structures in these two communities.

Pickup Company, has fabricated and installed a second sound barrier system for the Pasadena Metro Gold Line in Southern California.

IAC Acoustics has fabricated and installed an IAC Noishield® FS/S acoustic sound barrier system for the Pasadena Metro Gold Line project in California. The light rail transit line is approximately 13 miles long and extends from Union Station in the city of Los Angeles to Sierra Madre Villa Boulevard in the city of Pasadena.
